Proposal to convert a mandatory disabled parking bay to a resident specific disabled bay.
I don't know what this means, but I'm sure we don't object,
no objection but the difference is: one is free for all disabled persons to use, the other is 'tied' to one particular resident - usually the person whose house it is outside.
